Dear wonderful humans,

Please find below this survey created for you all by the food committee to gain a wide range of feedback regarding meals at college. We would love for as many of you as possible to fill out the survey as we want to help cater for everyone, so you are all content with good food in your belly. If you have any suggestions and opinions, please let us know in this survey.

The survey can be anonymous if you would like it to be, but we would appreciate it if you do put your name so we can clarify some feedback with you if needed.
